Essex Crossing will be a mixed-income residential community that includes rental and homeownership opportunities. Residents will enjoy easy access to countless amenities including shops, restaurants, a movie theater, park space, gardens, cultural attractions, transportation, and more.

Residential leasing is expected to begin in 2017. Five hundred of the 1,000 apartments will be affordable for low-, moderate-, and middle-income families. These units will be marketed in accordance with various NYC program requirements.
