Week of June 5th-10th

Site 1 (242 Broome Street)

Site 1 will have no street work for the next week.  Fit out work for the interior of the residential building from the 3rd floor through the 11th floor is on-going.  The Site is preparing for concrete pours at the museum space.   Work will occur on Saturday, June 10th.


Site 2 (115 Delancey Street)

Site 2 will continue installing structural steel at the 6th and 7th floors.  Steel deliveries will occur throughout the week sporadically. Concrete pours are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 6th and Thursday, June8th.  Spray fireproofing will continue at the 2nd through 4th floor.  Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work will continue throughout the sub-cellar, cellar and ground floors. Installation of masonry block and door frames will continue at the cellar through 2nd floor. Installation of Exterior wall panels is scheduled to begin Thursday, June 8th.   The hoist on Delancey Street is operational and will be jumped sporadically to keep pace with the vertical construction of the building. Back fill and waterproofing operations will continue on the south and west sides of site.   Work will continueSaturday, June 10th.   Installation of the ConEd vaults has begun and will continue throughout the week.   


Site 5 (145 Clinton Street)

The upcoming week's work at Site 5 includes façade precast base work around the 1st floor. Storefront installation is ongoing on the north façade. Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work is ongoing from cellar through 15th floor. Gypcrete pouring continues on 15th and 3rd floors, and hallways.  Remaining sub-frame and window installation from 10th-15th floors is ongoing. Façade metal panel installation ongoing on 12th-13th floor, windows finishing up on these floors, as well as scaffold removal at 14-15 floors. Elevator installation work continues for retail, freight, and passenger elevators.  General construction work will occur on Saturday, June 10th from 9am to 5pm.  


Site 6 (175 Delancey Street)

The coming week's activity at Site 6 includes storefront installation at the 1st  floor Broome Street elevation. Interior framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continues from the cellar to the 14th floor. Roofing work will continue on the 4th and 5th floor terraces. Work will continue on Saturday, June 10th from 9am-5pm.
