WEEKLY UPDATES

Week of July 31th - August 5th

Site 1 (242 Broome Street)

Site 1 will continue interior fit out work. No street work is anticipated. Deliveries will be taken from inside the site. Work will continue on Saturday, August 5th.

 

Site 2 (115 Delancey Street)

Site 2's superstructure concrete program will continue for the next few months.  Concrete pours will be scheduled throughout the week as needed and may occur into the evening hours as permitted. Interior mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fit-out will continue in cellar and MEP risers will continue to be installed through the 6th floor.  Spray fire-proofing, paint and masonry will continue throughout floors 1 - 7. Interior framing layout has begun and on the 2nd floor and will continue its way up the building.   Work will continue on Saturday, August 5th.  

  

Site 5 (145 Clinton Street)

The upcoming week's work at Site 5 includes façade storefront and glass installation at Broome Street, residential lobby, and Clinton Street; rebar, formwork, and concrete work on Broome Street park and 3rd floor terrace; perimeter wall finish framing, insulation, hydronic piping, and heating and air conditioning system installation. Final sheet rocking is ongoing from 3rd - 15th floors. Cabinetry installation continues on 11-13th floors. Façade metal panel installation is ongoing on 7th-8th floors, as well as scaffold removal.  Hoist removal will continue, and afterwards will follow hoist run apartment completion. ConEd work will continue primary vault connections overnight on Monday, July 31st. Elevator installation work continues for freight, service, and passenger elevators.  General construction work will occur on Saturday, August 5th from 9am to 5pm.     

  

Site 6 (175 Delancey Street)

The coming week's activity at Site 6 includes storefront and stone installation at the 1st floor. Interior fit-out work continues from the cellar to the 14th floor. Ornamental metal work will continue on the 4th and 5th floor terraces. The sidewalk on Delancey Street will be closed from Monday, July 31st to Monday, August 7th and will reopen on Tuesday, August 8th. A temporary sidewalk will be provided on Delancey street for that duration. During the closure, curbs and sidewalks will be replaced. Work will continue on Saturday August 5th from 9am to 5pm.
