WEEKLY UPDATES

Week of August 7th - 12th

Site 1 (242 Broome Street)

Site 1 will have deliveries onsite throughout the week on Broome Street and Essex Street with flag persons directing all pedestrians and traffic. Weekend work will continue on Saturday, August 12th.  No street work is anticipated. Interior fit-out of the residential building is on-going.

  

Site 2 (115 Delancey Street)

Site 2's superstructure concrete program will continue for the next few months.  Concrete pours are scheduled for Wednesday, August 9th and may run into the evening hours as permitted. Interior mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fit-out will continue in cellar through 6th floor and MEP risers will begin to be installed through the 8th floor.  Spray fire-proofing, paint and masonry will continue throughout floors 1 - 7. Interior framing layout will begin next week on the 7th and 8th floor and continue its way up the building.   Work will continue on Saturday, August 12th.  

  

Site 5 (145 Clinton Street)

The upcoming week's work at Site 5 includes façade storefront and glass installation at residential lobby, and Clinton Street; rebar, formwork, and concrete work on Broome Street park and 3rd floor terrace, pouring concrete on Tuesday, August 8th; perimeter wall finish framing, insulation, and heating and air conditioning system installation. Final sheet rocking is ongoing from 3rd-12th floors. Cabinetry installation continues on 12-13th floors. Façade metal panel installation is on-going on 7th-8th floors, as well as scaffold removal. ConEd work continues within site. Elevator installation work continues for freight, service, and passenger elevators General construction work will occur on Saturday, August 12th from 9am to 5pm.          

 

Site 6 (175 Delancey Street)

The coming week's activity at Site 6 includes storefront and stone installation at the 1st floor. Interior fit-out work continues from the cellar to the 14th floor. Ornamental metal work will continue on the 4th and 5th floor terraces. Work will continue on Saturday, August 12th from 9am to 5pm.
